Vacation: Mini Golf

I was looking through vacation pictures again, and realized I never shared the ones from playing mini golf.  We actually took them to play last year, and it was pretty painful.  After a few holes, they pretty much lost interest.  But we tried again this year, and actually made it through the whole course.  We had to stop a couple of times to let people play through, but it kept their attention for much longer this year.

Conferring on the finer points of the rules, I'm sure.  They still don't get the rules.  Like, at all.  They hit their ball, and then go chase it, and put it in the hole.  Whenever someone else hits a ball, they likewise chase it, and put it in the whole for you.

While we were waiting for someone to play through, Emma decided she would instruct us on how to use the proper way to play.

But a lot of it was still just dragging the ball around with the club.

With a little celebratory victory dance and a shout of "hole run!"  As in, "hole in one" + "home run."

There was lots of this, too.

Technique could use a little help, but Becca didn't want to hear it.
