Lives of the Cowgirls? I thought you were allergic to horses?

Wondering where the name "Lives of the Cowgirls" comes from, since I'm obviously not a cowgirl? Well... that's a bit of a story. See, Greg and I realized early on that we were right for each other after we bonded over the radio show "A Prairie Home Companion" on NPR. And on the show, there are segments about two cowboys, Dusty and Lefty. Well, we got two kittens in the fall of 2006, and were trying to decide on names. We've got two girls, but as you can guess, we decided to call them Dusty and Lefty. (It was that or Click and Clack. It's a good thing I won.) And then, in 2009, we welcomed triplet girls. So now it's all of us girls, and Greg.
