What monster did this to Emma's back?

How did the injury occur? "Emma was having a 'moment' and she scratched her back on the ground."

Apparently "having a moment" is a euphemism for "throwing a fit." Seriously, before I saw the scratch, they told me she got put in timeout while they were outside and wasn't very happy about it so she "had a moment." I had no idea what she meant, but somehow I assumed it had to do with poop.

Apparently not.
