Sore throat

Throat started to get sore last night. It feels irritated and itchy and swallowing feels a little funny. I was hoping it would be gone by this morning, but no such luck. I guess the immune system is a little slow. I'm blaming that, and the cigarette smoke. Hoping it gets better – I really don’t want to have to go see a doctor in France. I’m exhausted from getting up early to get to the airport … to wait. I should be in to Clermont by 6pm or so. I can’t wait to get back in bed tonight.
